College - Your Prime Years

Under constant pouting from this cute girl wanting me to update, I guess I'll update again...=)

Well last day until I go. I'm goin' to save my thoughts on this day as it is the day I'll be preparin' to step into another stage of my life. I would say the usual cheesy-last-minute-words-of-wisdom stuff and I really want to, but it will never sound as dramatic as it does in my head.

College life...is goin' to be so much fun. Freedom is right around the corner, I must embrace it. It'll be a totally different ambiance livin' the city life and I'm lookin' forward to it. After stayin' in Shanghai for a month, I realized I'm a city-person. I love big cities. It'd be a good change from the quiet life of Nashville. But at the same time, I'm goin' to miss my best friends from Class of 2006. Everyone is goin' their ways and it's sort of depressin' knowin' that we'll never become the best of friends in life and future, but only in the memories we had together.

It's also sucks that I didn't get to see some people this summer and I didn't get to meet up with some friends the day before I leave cuz of work. . See yall durin' Thanksgivin'!!

Time to go...till then.

 Pretty tite.

Smallville: Flash from the past...

Have you ever watched an episode of a show and with the right music, you all of a sudden remember your younger years? the 3+ years that has passed, so long ago yet seems like yesterday. the show that i grew up with ever since i was an eighth grader. i remember i started watchin' it not cuz it was superman, but because it was for Kristen Kreuk aka lana. it's been more 2 years since i last watched smallville. i guess the shows that you grow up with stick with you forever...no matter how stupid it is. it's something that no one except me can appreciate. i guess that's why people call it "classic"....maybe not smallville, but you get the idea. it'll be weird when i'm like 60 and watchin' that show. i dunno how nostalgic i will get...imagine that...

 most gorgeous...

later.

Last Day of Academia...

Yesterday was our last day as Hume-Fogg students.

It's been four long crazy years. From cramming for exam times, rushing to classes up on the fourth floor, to making friends and trying to hit on the hottest girls. From being that innocent freshman to being the sentimental senior who has "lived his years" and talking "words of wisdom." There is so much for me to say, but all that won't sound as dramatic and deep as it does in my head. So I guess I'll just treasure it in my heart.

It was a pretty emotional day...for all of us. Most of these people I'll never see again.

Trackstar...

Today was the city track-meet finals. and yes! our 4-by-800m got 7th place. It's not too bad. the top eight get medals..i'm satisfied. cuz i contributed and did well for the team. Consists of Louden Wright, Simon Zhu, Tim Bryant, and Andy Williams. that's also the order of the legs. so i'm second leg, which means i'm the sorriest person on the team. aka. NOT the lowest time. lol. but it's all good. it's only my first year and i'm proud of myself.. feels so good dude. we go to regionals next. Here's my medal: my honor, my pride, my glory.

             ...lasting memories...

...that will be with you forever...

                                                                            ...hold fast...

edit---------------------

Today was the Buster-Relays finals. and of course we ran the 4by800m race and we placed 4th!! we so could've done better. everyone was just conservin' their energy and wasn't as pumped to run their hearts out. and PLUS!! today was so f---ing cold. and it was rainin' and lightnin' and stuff...so very uncomfortable. so next week is regionals..if we do well there..we are goin' to State. but EVEN if we qualify for State, i won't be able to go. cuz i'm leavin' for China the day before...=( yea....

in other news...i'm done with ap tests..done with high school pretty much..graduation is loomin' ever before me...i must take this time to cherish these memorable days/time/moments...knowin' that i will never see most of these people ever again...

   Later.
